Is this acceptable?

This video is alarming. It visually describes two wrongs that are in society today. If both parties could have acted differently the whole situation could have been avoided. The teen girl was obviously in the wrong. She clearly presented herself in a way that is not acceptable. This behavior can not only lead to several outcomes, but can also portray the teen as someone who she may later regret in life.
There wan an overreaction on the behalf of the bus driver. What this bus driver not properly trained? There are channels that he is responsible for going through if he has an unruly passenger on his bus. The behavior that this individual encompasses should not be a characteristic that a public employee should have. Moreover, where is the mindset of this man? Regardless of her behavior she is a child. The key word being "she". She is a female. When is it okay for men to put their hands on a female. As time progress do we forget the things that we learned as a child, and began to do things we are not accustomed? But then again  this man is older. Maybe as an older man, he feels it is his responsibility to discipline unruly teens, since it is apparent that she lack discipline in her home.
